Ingredients
- 3 cup(s) canned fava or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup(s) chopped seeded tomato
- 3 cup(s) finely chopped onion
- 1 cup(s) chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoons crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoons salt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently.
